1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Arcion storefront, placing orders, or uploading CAD files (.STL, .OBJ, .STEP) for custom fabrication, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations in India.
2. Intellectual Property of STL Uploads
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any design files uploaded to our servers. By uploading, you grant Arcion a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to parse, slice, and fabricate the design solely to fulfill your order. You warrant that you own or hold licensing rights for any uploaded file and that fabrication will not infringe third-party patents or copyrights.
3. Fabrication Standards & Tolerances
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. You acknowledge that dimensional tolerances (+/- 0.2mm on FDM, +/- 0.05mm on SLA), surface layer lines, slight warping, and color variance are inherent to the process and do not constitute printing defects unless they exceed specified tolerances or render the part non-functional.
4. Payments & Cancellation
Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments simulator. Once fabrication begins on custom print files (typically within 2 hours of payment), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as raw thermoplastic and machine runtime are committed immediately.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
