1. Uploaded CAD Files & intellectual property

All STL, OBJ, STEP, or other 3D files uploaded for custom print estimation are stored on secure cloud databases. Files are only accessible to authorized slicing algorithms and print technicians. We guarantee that your files will never be shared, sold, or distributed to any third party.

2. Automatic File Deletion Policy

To maintain security and prevent database bloat, our servers automatically delete uploaded 3D files. For non-purchased custom uploads, files are purged 24 hours after upload. For successful purchases, files are kept for 14 days post-delivery to allow reprints in case of transit damage, after which they are permanently deleted.

3. Local Storage & Session Data

We do not use tracking cookies. We utilize standard browser local storage (`localStorage` and `sessionStorage`) to preserve your active cart items, loyalty rewards codes, referral signups, and selected user themes. No personally identifiable tracking data is captured.

4. Secure Transaction Processing

All payments are processed securely via simulated instruments. No credit card numbers, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs are ever captured, transmitted, or saved on our servers.

No Marketing Emails

We never send spam. We only email order invoices, shipment tracking, and back-in-stock notifications.

14-Day CAD Purge

All files purchased are purged after 14 days. Non-purchased items are deleted after 24 hours.
